This home is located in a very small town west of Warrensburg. I would have been very happy to have even 1 person come through the Open House on Sunday. I had 4 groups of people through the house and 3 of the groups came because they had seen the virtual tour on line. This tour had only been on line 2 days!
I also have had excellent results for 3 other homes, 1 which had been for sale for over a year-It SOLD because the buyer saw the tour that you placed on the home-(about 6 weeks before).-The other 2 homes, also sold and the calls about them increased at least 75% after the virtual tours were place!
